ATHENS. EODY announced 1,391 confirmed new cases on Saturday 1 May including 1 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,391 confirmed new cases today. 2 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 346,422, of which 51.3% are males. Over the last 7 days 41 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,999 are connected with known cases.
There were 72 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 10,453. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
811 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 68 and 84.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,124 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 419 (0%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 450.
