3 more Covid cases in Corfu schools

There are two more positive cases at the 1st High School, a teacher and a pupil, and one more pupil at Liapades Junior High, according to information from teacher union members.

Results are being awaited at the schools along with the conducting of more rapid tests. Classrooms are being disinfected.

In these situations the protocol is for the classes of those who have been tested positive to have lessons by tele-education and for pupils to remain isolated at home for 14 days.

In reply to the obvious question "What do we do now?" the Education Department has given the usual respons "Whatever the experts and the Ministry of Education tell us."
