ATHENS. EODY announced 733 confirmed new cases and 21 deaths on Sunday 7 February but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 733 confirmed new cases today. 8 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 163,946, of which 51.9% are males. 6,037 (3.7%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 52,276 (61%) are connected with known cases.
262 patients - 73 female, 189 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 85.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,164 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 21 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,972. 3,511 (58.8%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.6% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
