ATHENS. EODY announced 1,113 confirmed new cases and 29 deaths on Saturday 6 February including 1 new case in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,113 confirmed new cases today. 12 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 163,213, of which 51.9% are males. 6,024 (3.7%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 51,830 (62.9%) are connected with known cases.
249 patients - 64 female, 185 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 69 and 86.3% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,161 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 29 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,951. 3,498 (58.8%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.6% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
