ATHENS. EODY announced 1,070 confirmed new cases and 25 deaths on Thursday 4 February but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,070 confirmed new cases today. 1 of the cases was detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 160,935, of which 51.9% are males. 6,002 (3.7%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 50,974 (62.9%) are connected with known cases.
249 patients - 70 female, 179 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 85.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,149 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 25 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,903. 3,473 (58.8%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.6% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
