ATHENS. EODY announced 484 confirmed new cases and 17 deaths on Sunday 31 January but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 484 confirmed new cases today. 10 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 156,957, of which 52% are males. 5,953 (3.8%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 49,216 (63.9%) are connected with known cases.
255 patients - 68 female, 187 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 69 and 86.7% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,113 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 17 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,796. 3,406 (58.8%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.5% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
