ATHENS. EODY announced 334 confirmed new cases and 24 deaths on Sunday 24 January but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 334 confirmed new cases today. 4 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 151,980, of which 52.1% are males. 5,837 (3.8%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 46,929 (63.7%) are connected with known cases.
288 patients - 84 female, 204 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 85.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,068 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 24 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,646. 3,330 (59%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.4% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
