ATHENS. EODY announced 320 confirmed new cases and 19 deaths on Monday 18 January but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 320 confirmed new cases today. 15 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 148,925, of which 52.1% are males. 5,763 (3.9%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 45,578 (63.7%) are connected with known cases.
322 patients - 91 female, 231 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 69 and 87.3% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 1,031 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 19 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,488. 3,234 (58.9%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.4% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
