ATHENS. EODY announced 444 confirmed new cases and 39 deaths on Monday 11 January but no new cases in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 444 confirmed new cases today. 12 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 145,179, of which 52.2% are males. 5,630 (3.9%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 43,957 (30.3%) are connected with known cases.
350 patients - 108 female, 242 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 85.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 962 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 39 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 5,302. 3,130 (59%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.5% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
