ATHENS. EODY announced 390 confirmed new cases and 36 deaths on Sunday 3 January including 1 new case in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 390 confirmed new cases today. 3 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 140,099, of which 52.3% are males. 5,463 (3.9%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 41,926 (29.9%) are connected with known cases.
421 patients - 139 female, 282 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 67 and 79.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 897 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 36 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 4,957. 2,938 (59.3%) were males and the average age was 79. 95.5% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
