Contact tracing in Liapades - EODY team to visit village on Thursday

CORFU. We still aren΄t free of the virus - the 4th floor of Corfu Hospital had almost emptied but there have been new admissions with patients from Liapades.
An 84-year-old woman who was hospitalised in the Special Infectious Diseases Unit died from Covid complications.
According to Hospital Director Leonidas Roubatis, as of Monday 28th there are 6 patients hospitalised in the Unit.
Contact tracing is being conducted for the cases from Liapades that were admitted to the special Covid floor at the hospital and a team from EODY is expected to visit the village on Thursday 31st to carry out mass testing.
The announcement was made by Community President Agathos.
