ATHENS. EODY announced 1,667 confirmed new cases and 98 deaths on Friday 4 December.
EODY announced that there were 1,667 confirmed new cases today. 9 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 113,185, of which 52.8% are males. 4,966 (4.4%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 29,765 (26.3%) are connected with known cases.
612 patients - 175 female, 437 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 65 and 76% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 635 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 98 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 2,804. 1,118 (39.9%) were females and the average age was 79. 96.4% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
