ATHENS. EODY announced 2,199 confirmed new cases and 111 deaths on Tuesday 1 December.
EODY announced that there were 2,199 confirmed new cases today. 25 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 107,470, of which 52.9% are males. 4,919 (4.6%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 28,590 (26.6%) are connected with known cases.
596 patients - 167 female, 429 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 65 and 75.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 597 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 111 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 2,517. 1,021 (40.6%) were females and the average age was 80. 96.6% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
