Covid-19 rapid tests for Regional Authority employees in Corfu

CORFU. "We would like to thank the Mobile Health Teams for their assistance and immediate respons," said Deputy Regional Governor for Social Welfare, Public Health & Employment Kostas Zorbas.
Covid-19 tests were carried out on Ionian Islands Regional Administration employees in Corfu on Wednesday 18 November.
In its efforts to protect public health, prevent the spread of coronavirus and safeguard Regional Authority employees in all departments Ionian Islands Regional Administration started conducting Covid-19 tests in all the regional services.
75 SARS COV 2 rapid tests were carried out in Corfu by EODY Mobile Health Teams. The rapid test is the quickest and safest method recommended by scientists to track the virus and give a timely diagnosis.
"This testing in all the islands' Regional offices will be repeated regularly so that employees can feel safe," said Deputy Regional Governor for Social Welfare, Public Health & Employment Kostas Zorbas. "We would like to thank the Mobile Health Teams for their assistance and immediate respons."
"It should be noted that from the start of the pandemic Ionian Islands Regional Administration has continuously adhered to all the health protocol measures in order to safeguard personnel, the public and public health."
