ATHENS. EODY announced 1,490 confirmed new cases and 41 deaths on Monday 9 November.
EODY announced that there were 1,490 confirmed new cases today. 25 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 58,187, of which 54.2% are males. 4,456 (7.7%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 15,977 (27.5%) are connected with known cases.
239 patients - 59 female, 180 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 66 and 87% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 329 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 41 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 825. 335 (40.6%) were females and the average age was 79. 96.5% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
