ATHENS. EODY announced 2,556 confirmed new cases and 34 deaths on Saturday 7 November.
EODY announced that there were 2,556 confirmed new cases today. 15 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 54,809, of which 54.3% are males. 4,386 (8%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 15,400 (28.1%) are connected with known cases.
207 patients - 45 female, 162 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 66 and 86.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 315 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 34 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 749. 298 (39.8%) were females and the average age was 79. 96.3% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
