ATHENS. EODY announced 295 confirmed new cases and 7 deaths on Monday 12 October.
EODY announced that there were 295 confirmed new cases today. 48 of the cases are connected with known clusters and 40 were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 22,652, of which 55.7% are males. 3,315 (14.6%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 9,218 (40.7%) are connected with known cases.
91 patients - 25 female, 66 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 91.2% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 240 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 7 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 456. 174 (38.2%) were females and the average age was 79. 96.5% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
