Fire Department inspecting dangerous roofs in town historical centre

Since early this morning the Fire Department has been carrying out an inspection of roof damage following yesterday morning΄s windstorm and ahead of the possible worsening of weather conditions as forecast by the National Meteorological Service.



In collaboration with Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands Municipal Civil Protection Service the Fire Department conducted an inspection in Liston and the rest of the historical centre of Corfu Town, recording the instances where there is danger of roof tiles and other objects falling if the weather conditions worsen once again.
