One Corfu business closed for 2 weeks and 58 mask fines in Ionian Islands

CORFU. In the 5-day period 16 - 20 September a Corfu catering establishment was found to be in violation of the Covid measures and 58 fines were issued in the Ionian Islands fo not wearing masks.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
During the period from Wednesday 16th to Monday 21st September one person from a catering establishment in Corfu was arrested for violating the measure regarding standing customers and fined €10,000. The business was temporarily closed for two weeks.
During the same period 58 people in the Ionian Islands were fined €150 each for not wearing masks.
