ATHENS. EODY announced 241 new confirmed cases on Thursday 3 September.
EODY announced 241 new confirmed cases, of which 31 were detected at entry points. The total number of cases in Greece is now 10,998, of which 55.7% are males. 2,174 (19.8%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 4,843 (44%) are from contacts with known cases.
39 patients - 10 female, 29 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 92.3% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 154 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 5 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 278. 102 (36.7%) were females and the average age was 78. 96% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
