EODY: 233 new cases of coronavirus in Greece today and 2 deaths

ATHENS. EODY announced 233 new confirmed cases on Wednesday 2 September, of which 20 were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 10,757, of which 55.6% are males. 2,141 (19.9%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 4,779 (44.4%) are from contacts with known cases.
38 patients - 10 female, 28 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 94.7% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 154 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 2 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 273. 99 (36.3%) were females and the average age was 78. 96% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
