ATHENS. 36 patients intubated. Total number of deaths now 266.
EODY announced 183 new confirmed cases on Monday 31 August, of which 10 were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 10,317, of which 55.6% are males. 2,089 (20.2%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 4,570 (44.3%) are from contacts with known cases.
36 patients - 10 female, 26 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 69 and 94.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 153 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 4 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 266. 96 (36.1%) were females and the average age was 77. 95.9% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
