CORFU. A foreign national was arrested at Corfu Airport on Saturday 29 August. There was an arrest warrant against him for drug trafficking from Qatar authorities.
Airport police arrested a foreign national who had an international arrest warrant against him at Corfu Airport on Saturday afternoon.
He was stopped at passport control when it was discovered a warrant had been issued in his name for drug trafficking.
The arrested man was taken to appear before the Prosecutor.
