ATHENS. EODY announced 217 new confirmed cases today, of which 16 were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 7,684, of which 55.3% are males. 1,765 (23%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,585 (46.7%) are from contacts with known cases.
28 patients - 8 female, 20 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 42.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 140 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were 3 deaths today, taking the total number of fatalities to 235. 82 (35.3%) were females and the average age was 77. 95.3% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
