Corfu workers and small businesses demonstrate together

CORFU. Tourism and catering workers took to the streets again together with the self-employed and small businesses.
The union of tourism workers issued an open invitation to other businesses to take part, saying: "Although the nature of work for small businesses, self-employed and workers is different, in reality we are all facing the same difficulties and belong together with the poor farmers and all those struggling to make a living."
The demonstrators gathered outside the Workers' Centre and then marched through the central streets in Corfu Town.
