Adonis Giorgiades: Work to begin in Erimitis in July

Mr. Giorgiades said that the benefits for the economy will be seen from this year as 600 new jobs will be created for the construction work. The total number of new jobs created by the investment will be 1,000.

He added that a total of around 15 new investment projects are in development in Messinia, Argolida and elsewhere.

Regarding the development of the old Athens Airport, he said that the demolition of 990 existing buildings and facilities is in progress and that the demolition work has been undertaken by the investor.
