CORFU. Traditionally members of the public gather outside the ΄Old΄ Philharmonic Society on the Thursday before Easter to listen to a rehearsals of Adagio.
It traditionally signals the beginning of the three days of Easter. This year, of course, due the extraordinary circumstances it was a recording and not live.
That didn't, however, stop people from coming - despite the lockdown measures. A lot of people came to listen to the music from the speakers and eventually police came to quietly disperse them.
