LONDON. Downing Street announced that Boris Johnson developed mild symptoms yesterday and will be self-isolating.
It was stated that he will continue to take charge of the government’s handling of the crisis via video-conferencing.
Boris Johnson posted the following on Twitter this afternoon:
“Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus. I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus. Together we will beat this."
