New Deputy Mayors in North Corfu Municipality

CORFU. Messrs. Koutsouris, Skebris, Mouzakitis and Ms. Kokkali have been appointed Deputy Mayors and Panayiotis Papadatos was voted in as Municipal Council President.
The new North Corfu Deputy Mayors selected by Mayor Giorgos Mahimaris have been announced.
1. Deputy Mayor for Works, Development & Energy - Haritos Koutsouris. Mr. Koutsouris has also been appointed President of the Quality of Life Committee and will take on the role of Mayor whenever Mr. Mahimaris is absent.
Mr. Koutsouris is a contractor and tourism professional.
2. Deputy Mayor for Circular Economy & Environment - Spyridoula Kokkali. Ms. Kokkali will also be responsible for civil wedding ceremonies in the North Corfu Municipality.
Ms. Kokkali is an English teacher and owner of a School of Foreign Languages. She is also Project Manager of the foreign language educational programme Healthy Little Eaters.
3. Deputy Mayor for Cleansing, Mechanical Equipment, Civil Protection & Green Services - Theofanis Skembris.
Mr. Skembris is a tourism professional.
4. Nikolaos Mouzakitis remains Deputy Mayor for Daily Life Issues.
5. Prior to the new appointments on SUnday 1 March Panayiotis Papadatos was voted in as Municipal Council President.
Mr. Papadatos is a PE teacher at Doukades Primary School.
North Corfu Mayor Giorgos Mahimaris wished them all a creative term of office and the Deputy Mayors declared that they will carry out their duties responsibly and conscientiously respond to the daily needs and wishes of the public, who voted them into the local authority.
