CORFU. The motorcyclist was breathalysed and found to be over the limit.
Port Police caught a motorbike running a red light on Eth. Antistaseos Rd. on Wednesday night. The officers pulled the bike over and the driver and passenger, who were foreign nationals, put up resistance and started shouting at them.
The 31-year-old motorcyclist and his 24-year-old passenger were then taken to Corfu Port Authority where the motorcyclist was breathalysed and found to be over the limit. Both foreign nationals were then arrested.
The incident is being handled by Corfu Central Port Authority.
