Tourists assault paramedic at Corfu Hospital

CORFU. Two foreign tourists assaulted a paramedic and damaged equipment in the Emergency Department.
The tourists were accompanying a patient early yesterday morning. The President of the Hospital Employees' Union Dina Ioannou reported the incident told ERT Corfu that employees are at risk due to the fact that there is only one security officer on duty in the morning and evening shifts and two at night.
