Mock fire drill in Corfu Old Town

CORFU. A mock fire drill was successfully carried out in Corfu Old Town (Cambielo).
The drill was conducted by the 1st Fire Station - the Municipal Civil Protection service, the Old Town Residents' Association and pupils from the 5th Primary School also took part. Deputy Mayor Noni Mastora followed the drill.
Ionian Islands Regional Fire Chief Andreas Rizos said that the scenario was a fire on the first floor of a building and the rescue of people that were trapped.
