CORFU. Four people were arrested on Tuesday evening for their involvement in the incidents at the Regional Offices on Monday morning.
The four arrested were held in custody and three of them will appear before the Prosecutor on Wednesday morning. The fourth is the man who suffered injuries and was hospitalised for precautionary reasons - his injuries were minor and he had stitches on his left temple.
The four are aged between 40 and 50 and have been charged with civil disobedience and resisting authority. According to legal sources, it is expected that a trial date will be set and they will be released.
Meanwhile, according to police sources, a team of police specialists came from Patras on Tuesday morning to assist with the investigation into the latest case of arson at the SYDISA facility in Mesorahia, Lefkimmi. Their findings will be added to the charges against unknown persons that are being drawn up.
