CORFU. Collaboration between the Municipality and The Smile of the Child. 11 - 15 February.
Free medical examinations for adults in North Corfu from 11 to 15 February. The programme is being run by the Municipality (Public Health Service of the Social Welfare, Education & Culture Department) in collaboration with the mobile Medical Examination Unit belonging to The Smile of the Child.
The examinations will be conducted by the unit's doctor and include the following:
- Checking medical history
- Measurement of blood pressure and blood sugar levels
- Measurement of oxygen saturation
- Otoscopy
- Auscultation (with stethoscope)
- Monitoring of vital signs
The unit will be at the following locations between 09:00 and 13:00:
Monday 11 February
Next to Phaeaces KEP by Ipsos beach (next to Phaeaces municipal office).
Tuesday 12 February
On the main road in Kassiopi (next to Kassiopi primary school).
Wednesday 13 February
Outside Thinalia municipal office in Acharavi.
Thursday 14 February
Outside the former primary school in Sidari.
Friday 15 February
Outside Liapades multi-purpose hall.
Examinations will be by telephone appointment on a first-com first serve basis. For an appointment call Ms. Spyridoula Mamalou: 26610 38320 / 08:30-14:30.
