Suspect in the murder of 63-year-old in South Corfu to appear before investigating magistrate on Friday

CORFU. A 44-year-old Corfu resident was giving his statement regarding the murder of the 63-year-old in Spartera until late on Thursday night.
According to police sources, he has not completed his statement yet. Despite the fact that the legal time limit has expired, the 44-year-old is expected to appear before the investigating magistrate on Friday morning due to the fact that he didn't hand in the gun for which has a permit although it was requested of him.
The case continues and the suspect is being held in custody.
