2-day memorial event for Serbian soldiers

The annual memorial event will be held on 27 and 28 September in Corfu for the Serbian soldiers who lost their lives in the First World War.
On Thursday 27th there will be events in Gouvia (at 09:30), Ag. Mathaio (11:00) and at the Yiannis Yiannoulis monument (12:00). The Serbian delegation will be headed by Negovan Stancovic, Deputy Minister for Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs.
On Friday 28 September there will be events on Vidos Island at 11:00 led by Nikola Selakovic, Presidency Secretary and the President's special emissary and Zoran Djordjevic, Minister for Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs.
As part of the Serbian delegation's visit to Corfu the Mayor of Corfu Kostas Nikolouzos will have the following meetings today (Wednesday) at the Old Town Hall:
13:00 - with the Serbian Ambassador to Greece Dusan Spasojevic
14:00 - with a delegation from the Serbian Veterans
