Serious charges brought against the man injured in Lefkimmi plus two others

CORFU. A long list of charges have been brought against the young man who lost his hand in Sunday΄s incidents.
In the same charge sheet the President and Secretary of Lefkimmi Cultural Society are charged with moral instigation. The charges include disturbance of the peace, arson, causing explosions and threat to life.
According to police sources, the charges are being lodged on Tuesday morning with the Prosecutor Maria Tataki, who also happened to be present at Sunday's protest near Lefkimmi landfill.
The 32-year-old Lefkimmi resident has been arrested but of course remains hospitalised and will be taken to appear before the Prosecutor and Magistrate once his health allows it.
The police are seeking the other people named in the charge sheet.
