PZL firefighting aircraft coming to Corfu for the fire season

CORFU. The two PZL firefighting aircraft will be stationed at Corfu Airport from Thursday.
The first firefighters and the commander of the unit are already stationed at the airport and the two firefighting aircraft are expected on Thursday. Corfuire Chief Andreas Rizos told Enimerosi that the aircraft will be in full readiness on Friday.
The PZL aircraft will remain in Corfu for the whole of the fire season and will cover the whole of the island. On several occasions in the past they have also helped to fight large fires in Thesprotia.
