CORFU. Only in a bankrupt state should we expect something like this. We ΄re talking about the public streetlighting on Eth. Palaiokastritsas Rd - where it΄s turned off at night and large sections of the road are pitch black.
However, this not the case come the morning, as can be seen from the photo. The lights are on during the day spreading light everywhere.
