CORFU. Corfu will be represented by ten teams of pupils from primary and junior high schools.
Corfu is getting ready to make a strong showing at the Robotics Final Competition, which will take place on Sunday, April 26, proudly representing our island on a national level.
In total, 10 teams made up of primary and junior high school pupils will represent Corfu, showcasing the creativity, knowledge, and innovation of our pupils at one of the most important educational robotics events in Greece.
The preparation and coaching of the teams participating in the final have been undertaken by the following coaches:
Spyridon Kontis (prepared teams at the 14th Primary School, 4th Junior High School, Corfu Robotiki)
Nikolaos Kontos (prepared teams at Corfu Robotiki)
Dimosthenis Rizos (prepared teams at the 14th Primary School)
Dimitris Rozik (prepared teams at APOLYTO)
Eleni Tilaveridou (prepared teams at Corfu Robotiki)
The contribution of Marios Magioladitis, the STEM EDUCATION regional coordinator for the Ionian Islands, has also been crucial in supporting and developing educational robotics.
This participation is a significant achievement for Corfu’s educational community, demonstrating that our island is meaningfully investing in knowledge, technology, and the skills of the future.
Our pupils and teams deserve everyone’s support and encouragement, as they represent Corfu at a national level, aiming not only for distinction but also for continuous growth through learning and collaboration.
Best of luck to all the teams!
