Elderly woman falls victim to scam
CORFU. He duped her into leaving cash and valuables outside her home, which he subsequently stole.
(Hellenic Police) An unknown caller contacted an unsuspecting elderly woman, pretending to be an employee of an electricity company. Claiming there was a power fault at her home, he convinced her to leave money and valuables outside near her house, which he then stole.
