Corfu Solidarity Initiative for the Palestinian People will be at Corfu Port tomorrow morning
CORFU. They will be protesting at the docking of a cruise ship with Israeli passengers.
Members of the Solidarity Initiative for the Palestinian People are planning a protest at Corfu Port on Thursday morning.
According to a post shared on social media by the group, “On October 30, the cruise ship Crown Iris will arrive on the island carrying Zionist passengers. They are not welcome. We will greet them as they deserve, as has happened in Rhodes, Syros, Crete, and elsewhere. Corfu will not sell out for a few coins and will not bow its head to those responsible for the deaths of children. We are a proud and solidaristic people. No land, no water for the killers of children.”
The post continues: “The souls of 68,000 victims — more than 20,000 of them children — and 200,000 injured are worth more than blood-stained foreign currency. Thursday, October 30, at 7:30 a.m., at the entrance to the port.”
