 - The main ingredients in making sushi and how they are prepared:
 
- Rice (How do we make rice for sushi? Which are the most popular Japanese rices?)
 - Sushi seasoning (What is it and how is it made?)
 - Sushi sauces (How to make a sushi sauce. The chef will demonstrate how to prepare Kabayaki Sauce, Spicy Mayo, Ponzu Sauce and others)
