Chefs Club organizing seminar with Chef Haris Nikolouzos

CORFU. The Chefs Club is bringing its programme of events to promote Corfu cuisine and products to a close before the beginning of the tourist season with a seminar by the acclaimed chef Haris Nikolouzos.
Chef Nikolouzos has guided the Athens restaurant 2Mazi as well as the Dionyso in Oia and Kirini Suites & Spa and has worked with Michalis Douneta in Greece, Ektoras Botrinis (founder of Etrusco) in Italy and Herve Pronzato in France. He has also won an award from FNL (Food and Leisure Guide).
The seminar will be on the subject of 'Corfu Cuisine yesterday and today with modern techniques.'
The seminar will take place at Starz Hall, Skafonas, Pelekas.
