Quad bike falls down slope on road to Agios Georgios Pagon

There was an accident involving a quad bike on Sunday night, shortly before 8:00 p.m., on the road to Agios Georgios Pagon. The quad bike carrying two riders—a 36-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman—veered off the road for unknown reasons and fell into a ravine.

The North Corfu Elite Special Missions Team arrived at the scene immediately and managed to extricate the two injured individuals. An ambulance from IONIAN CARE was also on the scene, providing first aid, as both victims had sustained serious fractures, and transported them to the General Hospital. The causes of the accident will be investigated.
