Free medical check-ups for 315 North Corfu residents

CORFU. They underwent free medical examinations as part of the ΄Anna Mouzakiti΄ preventive medicine initiative on May 10–11, organised by North Corfu Municipality.
There was a great response from the residents of North Corfu to the “Anna Mouzakiti” preventive medicine initiative, which is regularly organised by the Municipality of North Corfu. The activities took place over the weekend of May 10–11, with 315 residents attending Acharavi Multispecialty Regional Clinic, participating in and undergoing free medical screenings for skin cancer, mole screening, thyroid cancer, as well as clinical and ultrasound examinations.
The examinations were carried out with the support of experienced doctors from the Corfu Association of Independent Practicing Physicians, in collaboration with:

• The Hellenic Dermatological and Venereological Society
• North Corfu Municipal Civil Protection Service
• North Corfu Municipal Community Centre
• North Corfu Municipal "Help at Home" Programme

• Corfu Fire Department – Thinalia Fire Station
• Hellenic Red Cross – Corfu Regional Branch
