CORFU. According to information received, the damage will be repaired by this evening, around 17:00, due to the severity.
A power outage in Romanou St. and nearby areas (tennis club and the archaeological museum) occurred on Friday afternoon when a lorry carrying out construction work behind the Corfu Palace Hotel crashed into an electricity pole, causing significant damage. A DEDDIE crew is on-site to restore the fault. According to reports, the repair will be completed in the evening due to the severity of the damage (around 17:00).
