CORFU. The two women, mother and daughter, were taken to hospital by ambulance.
There was a road accident at around 7:30 pm on Tuesday at the Ponti junction heading towards Gastouri. Two fire engines with five firefighters arrived at the scene and freed two individuals (a mother and daughter) who were trapped inside the vehicle. The two women, who had minor injuries, were taken to hospital by ambulance.
