CORFU. First Port Authority Department of Paleokastritsa, which is conducting the preliminary investigation, has ordered an autopsy to be performed.
On Saturday afternoon, September 14th, the Port Authority of Paleokastritsa was informed that a 71-year-old German national had been pulled from the sea at Kontoyialos unconscious.
Initially, a lifeguard applied CPR, and he was later taken by ambulance to Corfu Hospital, where his death was confirmed.
