CORFU. Firefighters rushed to the scene and freed two trapped drivers.
There was a road accident in Kallithea just after 22:00 on Wednesday night.
A 40-year-old man stole a car and, whilst driving towards town, hit two cars on the opposite side of the road - one driving and one parked - resulting in two people being injured. Firefighters rushed to the scene and freed two trapped drivers.
The 40-year-old, who, according to information received by Enimerosi, was released from prison in 2021, is in hospital with fractured ribs and the other driver, aged 22, is hospitalised with a fractured tibia.
Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
